To be included in the onsite materials and onsite signage, sponsorship must be secured no later than April 4, 2026.
This agreement includes a consent to use of photographic images: Registering for this conference constitutes an agreement to IVAPM's use and distribution of images of attendees in photographs or videos
Electricity and Internet are not provided by IVAPM. If your company requires either of these services, please contact the hotel directly. Your company is responsible for all costs associated with electricity and/or Internet at your booth.
Sponsorship payment will be due and payable upon receipt of invoice but no later than 30 days from date of invoice
Because the benefits of sponsorship can be realized without a sponsor's in-person participation, there will be no cancellations accepted or refunds disbursed for sponsorships of this event.
Exhibitors may cancel their booths in writing by emailing events@ivapm.org; however, exhibitor agrees to the following refund schedule:
• 211–240 days before the date of the program—75% refund
• 181–210 days before the date of the program—50% refund
• 180 days or less before the date of the program—No refund
